Experian still listing paid accounts as open on my credit profile

This is by far the worst credit Bureau in SA honestly. I approached an external provider to sort out settling outstanding accounts that were reflecting by Nimble on my credit profile. Nimble sent confirmation of account paid up. Even received an email from Experian (Ashogan Paul) stating the disputes are resolved. IT’s December now, my Banker sends me an email stating the Information is still reflecting on my credit profile. I called the other providers it’s not reflecting on their side. When one tries to contact Experian, it’s hours of waiting over the line without no one answering the phone or unanswered emails. I am really frustrated by this credit bureau.
