Experian *****ing my money for the past 3 years!!!!!

For the last 4 Months I have been trying to get them to stop the debit order they are running every month even though my subscription was cancelled in 2016 already. I have phone numerous times holding on for about 30min each time. I have sent several e-mails to *** - They don'e even acknowledge the e-mails. Accept for one where Mpho was on the line while the mail was sent, she received it in good order, but yet still no response.

They have been informed on more than 1 occasion that the account they are debiting is under debt review. This is blatant theft and this from a company who is in control of you whole life.

I am fed up and if this debit order goes off again month end I will lay formal charges against them.
