Experian South Africa disgusting service

I have been trying to contact the call centre for Experian for weeks now without no answer it’s like the callcentre is non existent, after many emails the past month I have received no response. I have used transunion to clear my profile and had no issue I’m now sitting with prescribed debt on my Experian profile because I cannot get any assistance. It’s frustrating that Experian is non existent when people need the help.
