Experian South AFRICA credit check company

I filled a consumer complaint with them, some accounts appeared unpaid. Yet I finished paying them and that is causing problems for me. I call and email them I get no help,THEY said they don't have onsite consumer queues. I dnt know why south african banks are using them for credit checks because they are so unhelpful disorganised bunch of individuals....now I have to file another consumer complaint with another credit check company which will take another 20 days..EXPERIAN SOUTH AFRICA IS THE DUMBEST COMPANY EVER YOU ARTIME WILL BE FINISHED CALLING THEM.
