Experian site not updated

Experian does not update there records on the Mycreditexpert portal. I have accounts that are closed and still appear as opened. When i look at Mycreditcheck portal, it seems to be correct on that system. why isnt both your systems talking to each other? Most of the companies are using the mycreditexpert for credit checks and thats the reason we get declined for credit. This is ridiculous that we have to rely on non updated information to determine whether we are granted credit or not. please do your job properly as peoples livelihoods rely on this information.
