Experian should get new staff

I had an FNB temp loan in arrears which was settled in October 2021. The account was then removed from my credit report. All of a sudden, on my March report, this account is added and appears as ACTIVE. I queried this and disputed it, submitted all the relevant documentation and i am told by LAURA who has been *********** from the very start and i highly doubt she knows what she’s doing apart from giving scripted responses that their “granters” don’t give incorrect information. Wow! This account has been closed for over 4 months now and it reappears and I’m supposed to go with “credit granters don’t give incorrect information “
