Experian should change the name to Jail in hell😭😭😭😭😭😭😭🥺

Experian is more that hell itself it made me feel so small writing over million emails daily for months😭😭😭😭😭😭 in my life I have never been hurt like how this company did to me it is deep than jail itself.it is not there to help but only destroy people lives and something must be done ASAP so that this company closes down or stop lying into working to help S Africans nooo this can’t continue people don’t know their work at all it’s a company of lazy Ass people or because no one responds to anything maybe it doesn’t have employees God knows🥺

For month I fought a battle of a Chinese company that listed me with them since 2018 which by Sa law this account was supposed to have been removed from name following the 3year protocol but still it was never removed 4years later.

I have emailed this company more than million times begging them to lodge a dispute as I was certain the company dissolved closed down went back to China or wherever I don’t care no one rep**** even when you call them the phone rings day and night no one answers eventually after reporting the matter on NCR complaints they attended my matter and lodged the dispute that was few weeks back and they have stated on the email the matter will be resolved in within 20days if it within 20days by now I would have received the dispute feedback but noooooooo nothing from them absolutely nothing the only thing I’m receiving again is silent treatment since beginning of the week I’m sending email no one respond guys this is too painful as my name has a dispute flat I’m not even able to get a loan while when I fixed my name I was preparing my self to buy a house now the bank doesn’t evn want to look at my application as I have a flag on my name😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭this cuts deep that a knife I don’t know where to run to now the only thing I need is this guys to close this dispute remove the flag from my name as Transunion did the same they did their investigation and found the Chinese are gone they don’t exist no more guys😭😭😭😭😭

I fact by law I was not even supposed to fight this battle at all by Sa law it was supposed to be removed from my name after 3years but not the devil was still there.

Now the only option I have is to run to the ombudsman that’s my last resort if this matter is not resolved at-least latest by Monday I need to an email from Experian telling me that this dispute os closed and flag removed from your name so I go apply for my house please😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭please
