EXPERIAN SHOULD BE TAKEN TO TASK BY NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR

Your email ticket reference number is: EXPERIAN-443193 (01/11/2023) -Peletso Manganeng (Jira) <***> Your email ticket reference number is: EXPERIAN-444301 (02/01/2024) -Consumer Care 2.0 <***> -Namhla Hill (Jira) <***> (15/01/2024) The reference number for your dispute is:ELD***/ : CS***2-CD298720 (12/02/2024) SINCE NOVEMBER 2023 I HAVE REQUESTED NUMEROUS TIME VIA E-MAIL TO REFLECT MY CREDIT PROFILE TO CORRECTLY REFLECT AS PAID UP/CLOSED ACCOUNT. I HAVE PROVIDED REQUESTED DOCUMENTS TO ENSURE THIS MATTER IS RESOLVED. TO DATE ALMOST 3 MONTHS DOWN THE LINE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE EXCEPT FOR COMPLAINT TICKETS BEING GENERATED WHICH SEEMS TO BE AN EXPERIAN MOTO TO JUST GENERATE REFERENCE NUMBERS WITHOUT A CLEAR WAY FORWARD. IT IS MY UNDERSTANDING THAT WHEN A DISPUTE HAS BEEN RAISED THIS IS RESOLVED TIMEOUSLY IN PREFERENCE TO THE CLIENT. EXPERIAN IS HOLDING CLIENT'S CREDIT SCORES AND PROFILES AT RONSOM TO THEIR OWN FINANCIAL BENEFIT WHILE WE STRUGGLE TO JUST GET CLEAR ANSWERS FROM AN ORGANISATION THAT IS LAZY IN THEIR EXECUTION OF THEIR SELF-PROCLAIMED MANDATES.

SORT MY PROFILE ASAP AS EVERY TICKET GENERATED FROM YOUR END ADDS 20 DAYS.

Your apologies are totally meaningless... It is now the 19Th of February 2023, 5 days later, and absolutely no interaction from Experian. This is just shocking and unnerving at the lack of professionalism and poor customer service. I will continue to go onto social media in this regard and post out of the sheer lack of empathy displayed by Experian. Hold yourselves accountable to tax paying South Africans.
