Experian should be cancelled, They never update information in time.

My score keeps going down on Experian because they never report positives. Two accounts show arrears and I have contacted the creditors and everything is clear on their side. Experian refuses to accept paid up letters. How is it that my score on Transunion is 627 but 550 on Experian. They never answer their phones and do not respond to emails. Why is it that companies in SA use Experian to vet us for credit yet they are soo *********** in the one job that they have to do. I am soo tired of going back and forth and disputing when they never take action. This affecting my life negatovely as I now can't even qualify for a simple cellphone contract yet I have worked soo hard to improve my credit score. I am tired of Experian.

I am sorry but the only thing that you are responding to is the Transunion part but nothing to solve my problem? I have paid all my Accounts on time but there is one account in arrears that I paid in September but you won't accept a paid up letter. My score keeps going down, has never went up in the last 6 months, how is that possible if I am paying my accounts including a credit card by the way. How is this response solving my problem?
