EXPERIAN SA - THE WORST CREDIT BUREAU PLATFORM EVER!

Experian SA one of the worst platforms i ever dealt with! I read all the reviews and peoples experiences and you guys are treating me no differently! So....there must be something wrong with what and how you guys are dealing with queries and you end up not resolving anything for anyone on this platform!

I have had an outstanding CELL C account that was handed over and is showing in Default. I then paid up the account in DECEMBER 2020 - To date you people have not updated and CLOSED the account at it shouldve been done! I have sent you PAID UP LETTERS, SCREENSHOTS EMAILS AFTER EMAILS! I even logged a FORMAL DISPUTE with your incompetant consultants yet nothing seems to change! So clearly you guys are not assisting us accordingly!

I have dealt with almost every single incompetant consultant to mention a few ZANELE MANGALISO , LISA NCONJANE, ZIMKITHA BLAAUW AND LUSANDA MBULAWA regarding my request for this account to be CLOSED and their esponses are the account is closed yet when i wait for the credit report to be updated the CELL C ACCOUNT REMAINS OPEN! Do you guy even know what you doing? and because of your incompetance you are affecting peoples lives DRASTICALLY!!!!!!

So please dont reply and say you aknowledge this review and that your consultants will get back me because the only waiting i have is for a reply to say that you have updated and CLOSED my CELL C account that was paid up! You guys need to read properly and respond to me with the information i require at hand and just not replying and doing absolutely nothing!
