EXPERIAN SA TERRIBLE SERVICE

I have received my clearance certificate to state that all my accounts have been paid in full but yet this company is requesting it over and over and not updated my status that I have been removed off debt review and this is affecting my score as it is still low and the same as before when I was on the debt review. I have been notified by Transunion, Vericred , XDS and CBP that the debt review has been removed. So Experian is now the issue and they're feedback is extremely poor. They also do not answer their phones. WORST SERVICE EVERY EXPERIENCED!!!

I cant apply for any credit because of this and our lease will be expiring soon. I need to rent a home for my family but because of this company I am being declined everywhere. If I dont resolve this soon we will be homeless and we are a family of five with three kids.
