Experian SA taking more than 20 days to resolve issues

I sent high court rescission order on the 30th October 2021 and still waiting for Experian SA to remove it from my profile. 15 days later, they came back and cited 20 days to resolve the matter even though this is a straight forward matter where the bank is also in agreement to have the order removed. For me 20 days have long past since I reported and sent the correct documents. Their own 20 days is highly unacceptable. Why must we suffer because of one single credit bureau company who don't even answer their phones at all. They only reply to emails there and there without committing on finalization date. Hope creditors can ignore their information since it is a true reflection on the actual credit background.
