Experian SA suck. No support. ***********

I have been under debt review. Paid it up a year earlier than I was supposed to. Last year Feb 2020.My wife and myself were in 7th heaven and thought we had our lives back. Only to realize that dream was actually a nightmare. We got all the clearance certificates and paid up letter and all the institutions was informed. Only to founf out that Experian still had us under debt review. I can't get credit. So please advise what is the way forward
