Experian SA poor customer care

I would not advise anyone to use Experian SA to manage your credit profile, they never pick up the phone. I have sent relevant documents with an dispute but no avail!!! Experian keeps old debtors accounts even with a court order.

I would suggest notify NCR directly and bypass talking with Experian SA
