Experian SA please update my status as DHS instructed !!!

DHS Updated my status after NCR Legal referred my case to them. All Credit Companies except Experian SA and Compuscan cleared it. I am calling, mailing but to no avail. It is really a very bad customer service from their part. No service at all.
