Experian SA & OnAir TV Lies

Experian and OnAir TV continue to mess up my credit score… On Air TV submitted to Experian that my account OA-***0-1 missed a payment in February 2025, which was NOT TRUE. Now I have to literally beg them to change their mistake… On Air TV said they will sort it out, I’m still waiting… Experian is also NOT helping… I’m sitting here with apparently R239 that is literally affecting my credit score and literally on my credit profile it says I have missed in 5 years R239 February 2025, which is not the case. Both Experian SA and OnAir TV do Not want to help me. … Please this is ridiculous because they are making it my problem and I didn’t miss that payment… I have a letter from OnAir TV proving that I have never missed any payment by the way… Can Experian remove that wrong information on my credit profile please. 🙏🏼
