EXPERIAN SA (NO WAY OF CONTACT EXCEPT THROUGH ED) ED IS TIRED

I have been trying to contact experian for more than 2 weeks, telephonically as well as per email with no response (your query has been logged), all other credit bureaus responded so quickly and Experian has the same information as the others. HOW if any way can I be able to be assisted. I am basically just waiting on Experian in order to move forward and its just plain difficult
