Experian SA next level unprofessional

My credit score profile has still not been correctly rectified even after information required in the form of a Letter of Good Standing from my debtor was provided not once but twice to Experian/Clearscore on 15 Dec 2023 and to date no direct resolution furnished by Experian. This is a real joke of a company policies and procedures. You ppl have no concern about ppl and are purely in your ‘field’ to generate as much money preying on the general publics helplessness . Just sad that you ppl can hold a persons credit profile at randsom to line ur own grubby hands. Sort my profile out that simple. That’s ur only singular business task…
