Experian SA lack of customer service

I Have been trying for two weeks to get hold of Experian to log disputes on outdated information on my credit report. They simply do not seem to exist, absolutely no response of any form from them on telephonic or electronic plat form, I have been placed on hold for an hour and half daily. This is ridiculous. These people handle highly sensitive information but are completely unreliable. Shocking!!!
