The only way you can resolve Experian's incompetence is to go to the Credit Ombudsman. Experian's generic replies on all hellopter complaints are useless as they just want to save face by saying send queries to eza.consumer and leah.ramoroka for urgent assistance. Contacting them is futile as they have not resolved their opening and closing of the wrong accounts, and not resolving unathorised credit checks, Experian SA is a circus. THIS HAS BEEN ONGOING FOR OVER A YEAR!
