Experian SA is a sham!

My name is listed under Debt review! This is after a company tmput me on debt review after I just enquired the said company sent me a cancellation letter when I noticed that I was listed for review and took them on about this, now trying to send the letter for Experian to remove my name urgently! They are nowhere to be found, phone calls are not picked up, can't even find a proper email to send the letter on their website! Calling to get the email but calls go unanswered! What a horrible horrible experience! I really don't know what to do as Im about to lose my house and I'm watching my life go down the drain cos Experian refuses to do their job! Do they even exist?
