Experian SA Incompetence

I have called and emailed Experian time and time again and they keep telling me to speak to my debt counselor. I am no longer under debt review. My debt counselor cleared me from NCR but Experian has me still flagged as under debt review. Does anyone in the complany actually know what they are doing? Experian needs to pull up their socks. Useless, ***********, in the mean time my life is on hold. I have sent my paid up letters and clearance certificate countless times, but there is no action done. Even Transunion has removed the debt review flag from my name. Is there anyone I can speak to who can give me positive results
