Experian SA, I hate you

Sometimes I wonder why these people are here. Their customer service is pathetic and their communication skills are pathetic yet they have so much God damn power regarding your credit!

I've paid up my debt in October 2020, 7 months later, I still can't purchase a ****** house because they refuse to remove the flag on my name.

This isn't mu first complaint! I emailed on the 29th of March, they respond on the 14th of April telling me it's being actioned and my flag will be removed. On the 25th of April I email back asking on progress and it's the 22nd of May and thr flag is still there.

I try apply for a credit card to up my scoring and I get declined, I got declined for a home loan.

Experian SA I hate you! When I call, I'm only hold for hours and encouraged to email but no1 responds to emails!

I want my life back, Transunion did their job, why can't you? It a matter of removing my flag as if I was never on debt review.

Just give me my life back.
