Experian SA - horrible service

The service is horrible. The contact numbers do not work. I have been trying to resolve a dispute since May 2022. My store account was closed in May and my credit score continues to decrease. I have sent all requested documents in August and no feedback since then. I have emailed again in October and no feedback. This is really frustrating.
