Experian SA has no customer service

11 mails, no one responds. Tried calling a few times, no answer on the main number or Stellenbosch branch. They gave my company a bad rating, almost costing us a good client, and I get no answers from them, I dont even know what information they got from whom to be making such uninformed decisions. This company is pathetic.

Once again, pathetic. I did not receive any mail with feedback on my requests. If you were serious about your business how come that no one calls me?
