Experian SA false credit information

I have been battling to remove false information on my record with them as Credit score is getting information from them. I have sent them all the supporting documents they requested but still the false information still reflects on my profile. Its really frustrating because I recieved an email from them stating that my dispute has been resolved but that was incorrect because both disputed accounts are still on my profile. I really dont know what to do anymore to have these two accounts removed from my profile.
