Experian SA don't care about their services.

I've lodged a request to remove the judgement from my record, 8th of May that's the date all documents were sent through the power of attorney, even today, over two months Experian SA haven't removed the judgment. The paid up letter and all other necessary documents were sent, I've been calling their land lines both in Gauteng and Stellenboch trying to get help, no one dare to answer their phones, I've sent emails and also logged a disbute on my credit check website, no one dare to respond. The other credit Bureaus such as TransUnion and XDS already removed the judgement from my records, it's only mighty Experian that don't even bother. Worse unprofessional service I've ever experienced. I wish the company can collapse.
