Experian SA Disputes

I logged four disputes for accounts showing arrears when they are paid in full. Dispute date was 30_09_2020. I have had no feedback from Experian two months later. There are no movements on my report. I have tried calling their consumer care line and nobody ever picks up! Up until today I don't even have references for the disputes. They were done online and I also emailed.
