Experian SA Credit Bureau not assisting causing investment loss.

With an EXCELLENT rated credit score and report from Both Transunion and Experian I am still unable to get final approval from a Financial Institution for an investment I have app**** for and ultimately qualify for in all regards. According to the finance house app**** to they are picking up a "Disputes = Yes" indicator from their system when performing ITC checks for which they are not able to provide any further information because none is provided concerning the indicator. I have been requested to find out the details concerning this Dispute indicator from the source it is provided from which is Experian Credit Bureau. This has for the last 2 weeks been an impossible task as all their communication channels provided has been of no help including calls, emails, website form submissions etc. We have provided all the detailes provided by the financial institution to us. There has still to date been Zero response to emails of which we followed their detailed instructions to the letter with supporting documents. Instead the same automated email response asking the same detail is responded with. Their Credit report on us which we provided to the bank is directly from their Exeperian and Clearscore websites of which shows no detail of any disputes logged but not excepted by the bank as they insist that Experian writes a letter or email confirming no dispute and that the Dispute indicator picked up by the financial house's system from Experians system is in error. This can not be done due to no one responding to assist us. We are now at risk to lose this and future credit applications and investment opportunities. All this when we have proven excellent record of ITC history from Experian and TU. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP!!!!

Further to the above we finally got hold of someone that the Experian Cape Town branch. Their response was simply that there is NOTHING they can do. How can financial institutions rely on a bureau that cannot commit to consumers however is a source of rating.

I could like to thank Wendy Piet from Experian for taking the time to phone me and resolve this matter. She had a 2 year overdue dispute flag removed. Hopefully the damage of this indicator can now be reversed. Thank you Wendy.
