Experian SA credit berue priscribed accounts

Very bad credit berue that experian I have account that was priscribed long time more than period of five years no communication nothing no written letter that I have received from nimble collection that accounts not sappouse to reflect on my credit profile but becouse of experian that doesn't respect customers consumers protection acts my profile still show nimble collection I have email this people ask them to delete or erase the information becouse it hurt my credit score I'm still waiting for more than 3years knaw no answer
