Experian SA Bad Service

Very Bad Service, I've been trying to get in touch with one of their consultants as I was told that my cellphone account is not reflecting on my credit bereau profile. It's been more than a month that I've been trying to get in touch with them but the phone just keeps on ringing, I need assistance asap!
