Experian SA Bad Service

I was under Debt review and my debt counselor has updated the DHS that I am no longer under debt review on 30 December 2021. They have even sent me the certified Form 19 form that they have sent out to all the credit bureaus. I have sent experian a certified copy of my Form 19 myself as well but they are not updating my records. They are not even replying to my emails any more I have contacted the NCR and they sent me an email with a screenshot showing that my Status on the DHS system is "F2". I have not received 1 email back from experian even saying that they have received my documents. This is really bad service and I am surely not going to leave it here.
