Experian SA are *******!!

I have submitted documents and contacted Experian SA repeatedly to clear my name/ID/profile after completing my debt review process MORE THAN A YEAR AGO!!!!

But yet, according to the latest credit report/scoring from Experian SA, I am still listed under debt review! And because of this company and your staff not doing their job, I cannot be verified or approved for any type of credit, even from my Bank - AGAIN after sending all documentation!!

I have my clearance certificate for all creditors as provided by my debt counsellor dated May LAST YEAR already. I even have proof that my name/ID/profile is clear on NCR (NATIONAL CREDIT REGULATOR), and with Transunion/ITC, but YET your lack of professionalism, assistance and just care for a consumer has now caused me to have to go public in the hope of getting a response and have the matter handled.
