I tried to get hold of Experian SA a couple of times. Every time the same. We experience a high volume of calls. Please send an email. You can hold on as long as you want, it's the same message over and over again. I went to their offices in Techno Park, Stellenbosch. Was stop at the gate. "Because of Covid, nobody is allowed inside the building. Please send us an email. Well. Ive just sent my third email and again the same answer. "This is a no-respond email" Its realy pathetic.
