Experian ruined compuscans impeccable service.

I disputed my telematics account and submitted a statement from the company to compuscan. First these people take 3 weeks to even file my dispute then they come back to me and say they want a letter. What is a letter going to do that a statement showing my I have been current on my payments going to change. Compuscan was the most perfect company. Experian bought it and decimated it. They literally brought over their disfunctionality and ruined one of the top rated companies in this country. So experian read this slowly cause you guys seem to have a lack of literacy. Mix telematics, I made my August, September and October payment. It is up to date and is not overdue. Do I need to spell it out for you. Don't bother calling experian you will have better luck calling home affairs.
