Experian RSA Worst Service credit bureau

I have dealt witha few credit bureau in South Africa trying to correct or get my free credit profile. Xperian has been the hardest to contact, access and transact with. I tried querying a few in accurate accounts on my profile and they take for ever to respond if they ever do. Called their call centre to get my annual credit profile for free, had to jump through hoops and needles. All other credit bureaus have online access to their profiles and ability to query and make queries, With Xperian I still have to use paper based means to identify my self for EVERY Single Transaction and add the Proof Of Residence and Proof Of Identity.

Their consultants are as useful as a wet paper bag in getting back to you. They are getting themselves confused with Compuscan in other matters, but ant assist when those queries come up.......Frustrating. Need to report to NCR.
