Experian refusing to resolve unfair listing of a prescribed debt and offer the recourse of this action.

#blackfriday I have requested that an unfair listing on my credit profile be remove as the debt is prescribed and it has not been resolved to date. The arrogance with this company handling public information is so repulsive and quite telling of the relationship between the banks, debt collectors and tcredit beareu centers is one of collaboration. The NCR Regulations is very clear when it come to prescribed debt why should I beg Experian to resolve this issue and advise me on the recourse for this action since I have missed out on employment opportunities. South Africans we need to wake up to see the level of *******ion in our beautiful country and start exposing these institutions being used for unjust gain and detrimental agendas to the public.

Hi customer service

I don't accept your apology as your clearly patronising me , I first sent an email on the first of November which was acknowledged but no ticket number was issued. Your agent that responded was acting stupid playing delay tactics with the response. Here is the ticket number that was finally issued, Experian 419186 on the 16th of November 2023. Unfortunately at this point I'm beyond frustration I am quite angry because your clearly not in control of your management systems and your managing public information in this scripulous manner. I have missed out on employment opportunities because of this negative impact on my credit scoring, and I would like to know the recourse of this setback.

Hi Customer service

My patience is wearing thin, you have until end of business to formally respond on my query logged on your system failing wich I'm seeking alternative remedial action. Your clearly not taking this matter seriously it has been a whole month and we have not resolved the matter. I am not intimidated nor am I afraid to challenge your organisation as you clearly have no vested interest in the public that you service particularly black people.

Ladies and gentlemen

As you have already witnessed this is the country we are living in, where companies are refusing accountability while they are servicing the public with critical information. There is most certainly a collaboration of some sort between the banks, debt collectors and the credit bereaus. All their interest are on are profits, through blatant disregard for the NCR guidelines which licenses all three of these institutions. Suppressing our credit score works favorably for the banks as they will charge us high interest rates and therefore more dividends for the shareholders. We are most certainly been herded like sheep to be slaughtered in their markets of choice, only being qualified for unmeaningful debt like, loans, credit cards, cell phone contracts, store account and the like. I personally have made a vendetta against this organization moving on to the next systematically. The tyrannical rule will not be left unchecked.
