Experian refuses to investigate my credit dispute

I’m normally not one to run organisations down. This is my first post on hellopeter.

But I am infuriated with Experian. The organisation’s stubborn refusal to honour the term of its mandate as a credit bureau has prejudiced me and the welfare of my family.

I disputed information on my credit report in APRIL. I am in possession of correspondence dated JUNE wherein they flatly refused to investigate information listed frivolously be Telkom on my credit report. The same matter was investigated by Transunion, who confirmed that Telkom is unable to substantiate the information they provided to the credit bureaux to have listed on my credit report, and has since been removed from my Transunion credit report.

The Experian contact centre does not seem to be operational, and I’m unable to upload my dispute on either of the websites that I have been directed to to access my Experian credit report.

Which body do I report Experian’s stubborn refusal to investigate this Telkom matter on my behalf?
