Experian prescribed debt not NIMBLEoff after 5 years

Debts prescribed 2019,2020 After 3 years should be removed according to law!!!!!.2023 nimble and DMC5 bought over the debt and now it's back on Experian.at trans union,xds,vccb it was removed permanently.if a debt is prescribed it must be removed.so debt was bought over and another three years!.so 6 years for a prescribed debt.account shows closed but on the other portfolio it shows amounts!.my credit scoring by other credit bureaus is good but by you it poor !.how can prescribed debt be on for 5 years and 3 months !!!!?.so what your company does it allow after the 3 years for people to still list you for another 3 years?!!!
