Experian Poor Service
I'm so disappointed with Experian and other credit bureaus, I was under debt review and got removed by the debt councilors Alpha Debt Management from last month and they have submitted the information to credit bureaus to update, but even now they have not updated my credit information or removed the flag from my profile, I'm so frustrated right now and thinking maybe I should get in touch with Ombudsman regarding all this poor service from them

11 Sept 2023, 11:32Experian team does not even respond to messages, I was hoping that they will reply on previous message but clearly they are not willing to communicate, I will take further steps as I'm getting impatient and got fed up already with their poor service
