Experian poor service

have been asking experian to update their record on a foshini account i have paid up years ago and it looks like their not interested. they don't answer their calls and also don't respond to their emails. I don't understand what i must do now. why do we even have experian considered in the top 4 of credit bureaus if they cant even resolve simple issues?
