Experian please update the information you feed to ClearScore

According to clear score they receive their DATA from Experian. I have been receiving ClearScore "reports" for some time now but have never bothered to really check in. I did so today. Only to find that according to them I have two unsecured loans (which I don't have) and from what I can see, they get their information from Experian. Their information affects my financial data which determines my score. I was informed that I can dispute it. I did not bother to even enquire as I am sure that there is a fee involved.
