EXPERIAN NOT WANTING TO REMOVE MR PRICE FROM MY CREDIT RECORD

I have been asking experian to remove MR price from the list on my accounts as I do not have a MR price account .I have provided them with the proof that the account I had with MR price was closed 3 years ago ,I even explained to them that I was a victim of impersonation early this year .I do not know what else to do now .They are asking me for the payslip when the account was opened .Where am I supposed to get this ?I did not open any account with these guys .This is so fustrating .I have provided them with email trail bewteen myself and MR Price and It doesn't look like they even read the emails .I am not sure how are we supposed to trust these people with our financial data if they cannot assist us .Person by the name of Gareth Leibrandt was working on this .
