Experian not updating profiles, but TransUnion does

I was on debt counselling. My clearance certificate was issued end April 2022. My debt counsellor changed my status to "F2" on the NCR Debt Help desk. Transunion have updated their records, so did Compuscan, but not Experian. They have still not updated my profile and this is now affecting me very negatively.
