EXPERIAN NOT UPDATING MY CREDIT PROFILE

Weeks ago my creditors submitted an instruction to Experian/Compuscan to update my Standard Bank loan as paid up and closed and yet they have not done so. I am trying to buy a house and this is affecting me!!!!
