Experian Not Updating Credit Profile Despite Paid-Up Letter

I submitted a Paid-Up Letter for my Capitec Access Facility account ***) to Experian over 20 working days ago to update their records. Despite following the correct dispute process and providing the necessary documents, I’ve received no feedback, and my credit profile remains unchanged.

This delay is negatively impacting my credit score, and I urgently request Experian to finalise the update and confirm once it has been done.

If this matter is not resolved swiftly, I will be left with no choice but to escalate the issue to the National Credit Regulator (NCR) and Ombudsman for Banking Services for further intervention.

There has been no agent that contacted me from Experian instead, you sent me an incorrect email response that does not align with my dispute. Do not just respond here for the sake of responding and not making an effort to resolve client issues.
