Experian not updating cell c account

Account number: *** was settled on the 01 October 2021, R4606 paid to cell c but in my Experian account reflects in arrears. I have logged numerous disputes with all supporting documents to update that the account was closed but till to date the account shows that am still owing when logging to both Experian and credit check. Please fix this
