Experian Not Up to Scratch!!!!

I logged a dispute for an account with both Experian and Transunion. Transunion has since removed the account from my credit record, but Experian has not and I battled to phone them for 15 days before someone finally answered the phone and then get told my 20 day's starts from today because I was not given a reference number (you need to change your online system to issue a person with a reference number when the dispute is logged), although I sent everything through to them already. Why must I wait an additional 20 days??? It has been removed by Transunion, it needs to be removed by Experian as well!!!!!! This is really not fair!
