Experian - not so Experienced!

Got issue with Clear Score and they divert me to Experian.. Mailed Experian with documents stating i'm in the clear - then they say my next score chart will be updated. Yes, it was updated but only the date issued.. I don't owe money to Discovery nor Mutual and Federal and Experian shows I do owe - so who is useless??
