Experian not replying to ordinary question - Taking over 2 months to remove a debt review flag !!!!!!

The worse Credit Bureau in SA. no One you can talk phone rings and rings into eternity. I am struggling for them after numerous email to respond. There email responds take you to websites. I just need an answer. I my and my husbands debt review flag removed a simple yes or no will do. This has been going on for nearly 2 months - ridiculous unacceptable
